LD Dance is a facility-based resource organisation. Shawbrook is a centre for dance education and promotion of dance and dance theatre in Ireland. LD Dance creates opportunities for Irish students to develop their training and performance skills. Its major aim is to provide experiential learning and performing opportunities. Shawbrook is the location for the residencies for Fabulous Beast Dance Theatre and is the home of the Irish National Youth Dance Company, the Irish National Dance Awards and the Longford Dance Fest.
